Information Technology
The Pueblo of Tesuque Information Technology (IT) Department provides broadband, network, helpdesk, and cellular services to Governor's Office, Tribal Courts, Tribal Administration, Inter-Generational Center, Tetsugeh Oweengeh Community School and the Early Childhood Center. The IT Department also seeks to bridge the digital divide within the Pueblo of Tesuque community.
Broadband
The Pueblo of Tesuque's priority is to provide high speed internet to the Pueblo of Tesuque Community and businesses. The Pueblo also aims to utilize Pueblo fiber infrastructure to connect other neighboring communities that cannot get adequate internet and to assist other entities to expand the broadband network for all of rural New Mexico.
The Pueblo of Tesuque received the Department of Commerce National released a Request for Proposals to perform engineering services for planning and design of Pueblo of Tesuque's Broadband Deployment Project. The Proposal submittal window closed at 2:00 pm October 18, 2023. The design will further advance the Pueblo's priority to provide high speed internet to each home.
The Pueblo of Tesuque serves on the Board of Directors for REDINet, a northern New Mexico middle mile company. REDInet is an open access network whose goal is to provide middle mile service to all entities in northern New Mexico.
