Department of Financial Operations

Mission:
To provide a sound financial management operation including accounts payable and payroll processing for the Pueblo of Tesuque and to provide information to Governor, Division Directors, Directors, and Managers to assist them in monitoring and managing the budgets and funds of their respective programs.

Scope of Work:

  • Provide financial information to Division Director, Department Directors, Governor and Tribal Council

  • Provide service to staff/tribal members/tribally owned business entities

  • Implement Procurement Policies and Procedures.

  • Ensure confidentiality of financial information.

  • Ensure due diligence.

  • Ensure moral principles are practiced for safeguarding of assets.
